Micro Brewing Tanks

We have become a specialist in the fabrication of stainless steel tanks and vessels.

Many of these tankls and vessels are for the micro brewing industry and include Fermenting Vessels, Mash Tuns, Coppers and Hot Liqueur Tanks. We have produced the vessels in capacities from 1 barrel to 20 barrels.

Stainless Steel thickness varies from 1.5mm for smaller tanks up to 6mm for the larger tanks.

The first picture on the right is an installation of a double skinned 2.5 Barrel Brewhouse. Left to right: hot liqueur tank, Mash Tun then Copper. The output of this Brewhouse goes to the separate fermenting vessels.

The second picture on the right is a full 4 Barrel Micro Brewery. Left to right: 2 fermenting vessels, rectangular hot liqueur tank, Mash Tun then the Copper. The Copper is ready for insulation with timber.

We have produced larger capacity tanks with flanges and fittings such as the square tank pictured for the water treatment industry.

The last picture is another micro brewery tank set, with timber cladding in place. We prepare the vessels for the cladding, the cladding by a specialist.
